How the The Golf Warehouse Trade In Program Works

Step 1 - Determine Trade-In Value

Check the Trade-In Value listing for the respective amount which you will receive for your trade-in club.

All clubs must meet the minimum condition standard in order to be accepted for trade-in.

Step 2 - Apply Trade-In Credit

There are two options for the trade-in credit:

• Credit may be applied to a current purchase at TGW. Purchase may include any available product (clubs, bags, ball, shoes, apparel, etc).
• Credit may be applied to a TGW gift certificate which can be redeemed or given as a gift.

Step 3 - Shop Or Checkout

Once you have determined how your trade-in credit will be applied, you can either continue to shop or go directly to checkout:

Step 4 - Ship Trade-In Club(s)
Once you have completed your trade-in transaction, the Trade-In Confirmation page will have a link to the FedEx site where you can click to print your shipping label and manifest.

Step 5 - Receive Trade-In Credit or Gift Certificate
Once your trade-in club is received at the redemption center, it will be promptly processed.

• If your Trade-In credit was applied to a purchase at TGW, then the credit will be issued to your credit card. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.
• If your Trade-In credit was applied to a TGW gift certificate, you will receive an e-mail with the gift certificate #. The Gift Certificate can then be redeemed on your next purchase at TGW. tgw.com
